Shipping/Handling Policy:

     All regular shipping is FREE on orders over $50.  Via US Postal Service or UPS Ground.  Otherwise, there is a flat rate fee of $4.95 for Shipping and Handling. Orders are shipped within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If we are not able to ship within that time, we will notify you by e-mail.

Return Policy:

     If you need to return an item you have 30 days from the date you received it. You must e-mail us at sales@peppersprayinc.com with your Name, Address, Item to be returned and if you want your credit refunded or new Item. We will send you a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) which needs to be on the outside of the box. Pepper Spray cannot be returned unless defective or unopened. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for non-defective returned items. NO REFUND OF SHIPPING FEES
